Space Availability - ImaginOn: The Joe & Joan Martin Center

To Reserve a Meeting Room:

           Please note that ImaginOn assesses fees for both For-Profit and Non-Profit groups. 

• Use the drop down boxes above if you wish to change the location, “type” of room or by number of attendees.
• Use the button for a calendar view. Meeting Rooms have a waiting period and will not have times available for 48 hours.
• Click the box to view a room’s details, including cost.
• Use the colored grid to select the start time of your meeting (this will default to a one-hour period).

• You can adjust the end time in the drop-down box below the grid. Meeeting Rooms are available for Half-Day or Full-Day rentals.  Please select up to a 4-hour time period for Half-Day or up to an 8-hour period for Full-Day.
• If you want to change your time or start over, please click the button below the grid. (Otherwise the time will be grayed out/blocked until the system refreshes).
• When you are satisfied with your request, select the button. Thank you!
